Specialty drink: The Buccaneer: Mount Gay Eclipse Rum, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup, guava puree and Inner Circle Green Dot Rum (a 100 per cent Australian owned rum which was voted the world's best at the 2004 International Wine and Spirit Competition in London).
