Firefly is a true to the Spanish roots of tapas, even if its definition adds peking duck pancakes, chicken tikka and steamed yum cha dumplings to the customary chorizo and garlic meatballs. the drinks, of course, are equally tempting and there's a $25 deal for two courses and a glass of wine.
