Walsh Bay is Sydney's newest waterfront location and home to Firefly, a cocktail and wine bar created by brothers Daniel and Oliver Sofo. Situated by Pier One next to the Harbour Bridge, Firefly features and impressive list of 55 wines, tapas-style bitesand their own particular approach to serving up classic cocktails.
With a sizeable range of imported products, regular customers can even buy a bottle and keep it behind the bar.
